General Electric! Actually we are both winners! We got a job and they got Brad! Praise God for giving us a job and that the search is over! We are so thankful to have some sort of idea where we are headed in about 6 weeks! It has been quite an emotional rollar coaster, though we are thankful to have had a number of diverse job options to choose from! After being invited to attend a hiring conference, Brad was choosen to attend the Junior Officer Leadership Program (JOLP) with GE Energy! The program consists of three 8 month rotations beginning in either Schnecetady, NY (outside Albany) or Atlanta. All three rotations can be at the same place or each can be at a different place (including Colorado and overseas!). We get to choose where we start and where we go and for how long we want to stay! Quite unlike what we are used to, which is nice, but it is also hard to decide! We haven't decided whether we want to start in GA or NY...we'll let you know in a future posting!
